1. Binding Contractual Agreement & Corporate Operator

By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or initiating match simulations on bestgame.sbs (the "Platform"), you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions between yourself ("User", "Manager", or "Participant") and Cosmo Fame Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not consent to all clauses herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility & 19+ Canadian Age of Majority Requirement

Platform participation is strictly restricted to legal residents of Canada who are at least nineteen (19) years of age (or the age of legal majority in their specific province or territory). Users warrant that their geographic location and local statutory provisions permit engagement with skill-based sports modeling and simulation platforms.

3. Skill-Based Nature of Contests & Scoring Rules

BestGame.sbs is strictly a game of skill and analytical knowledge. Match results, point tallies, and leaderboard achievements depend exclusively on the strategic skill of the participant, including:

• Comprehensive statistical evaluation of active football players (form, xG, shot accuracy, passing rate, minutes played).
• Strict compliance with the $100,000,000 squad salary budget without exceeding allowed limits.
• Strategic selection of complementary tactical formations (4-3-3, 4-4-2, 3-5-2).
• Calculated assignment of the 2.0x Captain multiplier to maximize team yield.

4. Budget & Roster Integrity Rules

Every starting lineup requires precisely 11 drafted players within designated positional requirements (1 Goalkeeper, specified numbers of Defenders, Midfielders, and Forwards). Any squad exceeding the $150.0M cap will be blocked from starting simulation matches by our deterministic engine.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Proprietary Technology

All mathematical algorithms, visual pitch designs, event telemetry scripts, soundless event processors, stylesheets, graphics, audio structures, and corporate logos displayed on bestgame.sbs are the exclusive intellectual property of Cosmo Fame Limited. Reproduction, reverse-engineering, decompilation, scraping, or commercial exploitation is expressly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play Rules

Participants agree strictly to refrain from:

• Deploying automated software, scrapers, bots, or programmatic scripts to manipulate squad drafts.
• Attempting to bypass salary cap restrictions or exploiting algorithmic bugs.
• Engaging in denial-of-service attempts or overloading platform simulation endpoints.
• Impersonating official representatives of Cosmo Fame Limited.

7. Disclaimer of Professional Sports League Affiliation

BestGame.sbs is an independent analytical entertainment platform. Real-world football player names, club associations, and competition titles are referenced strictly for statistical modeling and descriptive identification purposes. BestGame.sbs is not endorsed, sponsored by, or formally affiliated with UEFA, FIFA, the Premier League, MLS, or any other governing sporting federation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Cosmo Fame Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform services.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any participant found in breach of these Terms and Conditions or engaging in unfair gaming practices, without prior notice.
